Richard E. Hodge, Inc. is the successor to a firm established in Los Angeles, California in 1922. Richard E. Hodge joined that firm in 1956 when it became "Nichols and Hodge." After other name changes, it became Richard E. Hodge, Inc. in 1978.

Richard E. Hodge, Inc. has a sophisticated and diverse practice. It primarily represents individuals and closely-held businesses, focusing on business transactions and litigation. The firm negotiates and documents transactions in the areas of real property, real estate development, corporate matters, employment and estate planning. The firm conducts litigation before all state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels, involving contracts, real property, entertainment, will contests, probate and general business disputes.
